Description:
How to Adopt Skipper and his sister, Riley were dumped in someone’s backyard. The homeowner loved the dogs but couldn’t take care of them. Skipper and Riley are very bonded, and get along with each other very well. Skipper is very friendly and wags with his whole body. He is always up for attention but will lay down when done. He has some leash training but will need some more practice. Skipper doesn’t bark. He is mostly black but has tan and white features.
