The smallest of dogs can fill a heart with love and healing. This cute little guy hopes for your love and healing. Target (or Tarzshjay) is an adult neutered male Chihuahua mix found as a stray. He needs hip surgery and he needs you. VFA will pay for all of his medical care. He needs a foster or adoptive home to provide recovery care. Love is the greatest healing therapy and Target hopes for yours. If you have love and care to share, please contact us at info@vol4animals. org Here is the adoption process: To adopt an animal you must complete an application and be approved. There is a $60 fee for any animal which needs to be cash or a check - NO CREDIT CARDS. If the animal is not spayed or neutered, there is a $35 deposit which will be returned upon proof of surgery. All dogs must be licensed before leaving the Shelter. Please note that public offices that issue dog licenses are not open on Saturdays and Sundays. All cats must leave in a carrier.
