Female Dog, Pit Bull Terrier

Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

Just spayed and ready for a family is Sweet Birch. Originally coming to us from the ACC, when she, her pups and other housemates were all abandoned in an apartment. At approximately 3 years old, she seemed to have gotten the worst of it, a shell of what she should weigh, patches of fur missing and what she had was dull, dry and extremely thin. But now, she has found her way to a CT foster home, she has been getting supplements, good meals and some major TLC and is now around 45lbs. Now that she has settled in, she has started to resident pets and has been good with the dog and dog savvy resident cats and was good. We just want her to be happy, healthy and in a loving home. All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada. All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated if necessary.
