Female Dog, Pit Bull Terrier

Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

Birch has done amazingly well since arriving to her CT foster home. Originally coming to us from the ACC, when she, her pups and other housemates were all abandoned in an apartment. She was extremely thin, with patchy fur and dry skin, she was the worst of everyone. Now, with good food, supplements and some major TLC and is now around 45lbs. She is good with everyone and everything, and she absolutely ADORES children - especially the littles, she is very gentle. Like all our adoptables, we want this sweet lady to be be happy, healthy and in a loving home! All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada. All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated if necessary.
