Description:

From abandoned and surviving in a TX scrapyard to living his best foster dog life is Roscoe. Sadly, another one of our pups growing up in rescue, but he is totally ready for the next big step - a FOREVER HOME! If you're looking for a loyal, and playful new companion, look no further than Roscoe! Roscoe is currently in a Binghamton foster home and is an 8 month old custom Texas street dog mix! He is shy at first but warms up and is the best listener and loves to be included in all the fun - whether it's playing with other dogs, going on walks, or just hanging out with his human friends. He would love a home with another doggie buddy. He is continuing on his puppy 101 basics and how to be a good boy. All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada. Visit www.pmarinc.org for more information, and to fill out an application.
