Female Dog, Pit Bull Terrier
Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (Short Coat)
Description:
Currently in a foster home in Maine, Rosie is around 3 years old and has been with us almost 1 ½ years waiting for her perfect forever family. She is great with people and can get a little excited, which could get smaller kiddos knocked down, so teens would be best. She is very sweet and playful, and above all, wiggly! Rosie is good with other dogs with proper slow introductions, but no kitties or small animals. She does have some allergies which require special food and medication, which is common with white dogs. She is housebroken, walks well on leash, crate trained and knows all her basics like sit, come, stay, and paw/shake. Rosie even has good house manners and absolutely loves to snuggle. All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada.
