Meet Archie who was born on April 20th, 2024. This furry black and tan bundle of joy is expected to grow into a medium-large sized dog, possibly reaching 55-75 pounds. Archie came to us from a local family that had an accidental litter and they loved him so much they wanted to keep him but realized they had too many dogs for their financial ability. Archie is full of life, eager to learn, loves to romp and play with all the other dogs and adores soaking up attention from us humans. Archie couldn't possibly be more handsome and we've found this boy to be a good swimmer and he loves the kayak and has great balance! He is good on leash, fine in the car and doing well with house training. With the change in households we'd like to let you know you may have a bit of work in that area for him to adjust since he is used to a doggie door here. Archie is ready to fill your home with love and laughter! The Adoption Fee for this dog is $500.00 Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list.
