Description:
Location: PA Twiggy is happy her baby days are over. She’s looking forward to getting all the love and attention instead of giving it to her 9 kids. And she’s also looking forward to putting on some weight. Twiggy is guessed to be under 2 years old. Our best breed guess is Australian Cattle Dog, Golden Retriever and Great Pyrenees (she has double hind dew claws). What she really is is spectacular! She is sweet and very smart. Twiggy knows basic commands and is housebroken. The only potential problem is that she is a climber. It didn’t take long for her to figure out how to climb out of her pen to get away from her babies. She also was able to climb 4’ garden fencing surrounding the puppy yard. She wasn’t looking to run away… a little wandering jaunt may have been fun. So a 6’ wood fence or a long 25’ lunge line would be best until she can be trusted. She seems to be dog friendly. She showed no sign of anything when she met one of ours through a baby gate. Twiggy will be spayed prior to adoption, is Heartworm/Lyme negative and is up to date on core vaccines.
