Meet Vera, a sweet soul who's looking to find her new family! This bright-eyed beauty was discovered in Knox, NY, and while we don't know her full story, we know she's ready to write her next chapter with a special someone.Vera is a true people-pleaser with an impressive set of skills already under her collar. She walks beautifully on leash, knows her recall commands like a champ, and is a perfect passenger during car rides. She's incredibly smart – so smart, in fact, that we had to upgrade her crate security after she figured out how to open it herself!This lovable girl thinks she's a lap dog and doesn't quite understand that she might be a bit too big for it – but that just adds to her charm! She's happiest when she has her favorite pacifier (either a ball or plush toy) nearby, and she's so gentle with her treasures that they stay perfectly intact in her crate.As Vera has settled in at her foster she has shown some issues with separation anxiety.
