Description:

Say hello to Lizzy, the ultimate good girl who’s winning hearts everywhere she goes!At about a 6 out of 10 on the energy scale, Lizzy strikes the perfect puppy balance: she’s always ready for a good walk or a rowdy romp with a toy, but she also knows how to nap like a pro. After all, every socialite needs her beauty rest!House-trained? Almost there! Lizzy’s doing amazing with a routine and is very close to being fully house-trained.Crate-trained? You bet! She’s cool with her crate, especially at night or when you’re out—just don’t expect her to snooze if she can hear you having fun without her.Lizzy’s a fearless explorer—literally afraid of nothing. Thunder? Pfft. Vacuums? Bring it on. She’s also the friendliest pup on the block. Dogs, cats, kids, strangers—Lizzy loves everyone, and they love her right back. Her favorite things include: • Chewing all the toys • Meeting new besties • Cuddling like it’s her full-time jobLizzy’s foster says she’s the kind of dog you can take anywhere: social, brave, calm, and submissive when needed. She’s just a total joy to be around. You could take her to brunch, hiking, the beach, the brewery—Lizzy is always ready to be the star of the show (but not in an annoying way).Ideal home? She’s not picky! A yard would be a bonus, but not a must. Another dog? Sure, if they’re ready to play! No pup siblings? That’s cool too—just keep her social calendar full with playdates.Bottom line: Lizzy is a friendly, happy-go-lucky pup who will make your life instantly better. She’s sweet, she’s spunky, and she’s ready to be your new favorite everything. She is microchipped, spayed, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $300. All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at [email protected] for more information. Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label. Mountain Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax deductible charity (EIN 82-3039637) located in Asheville, NC.
