Snoop is a cutie! He gets along well with dogs, cats and people of all ages. He is snuggly and playful, and a little slower to leave the safety of a lap than his siblings are.His foster mom has this to say about him: Snoop's mama is a 12 lb black and white terrier mix, but somehow he was born full Chihuahua! (Those recessive genes are something.) He even gets the chihuahua shakes, unlike his siblings, and would definitely prefer to be wearing a sweater on these chilly mornings. I believe that he would love to get dressed up and accompany his human about their errands and to bars and restaurants, saying hello to everyone he meets along the way.Snoop is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.
