This handsome big boy is now looking for his new forever home! Bernie is a timid guy and would thrive with a family who can take things slow with him while he adjusts to his new life. He is a large dog and we would love for Bernie to find a home with a spacious, fenced in backyard so that he can stretch those long legs out! Due to his size, Bernie may also benefit from being in an actual home rather than a small apartment. As always we recommend slow and monitored introductions over time between Bernie and any other animals or people in the home currently.INSIGHTS FROM MY FOSTER FAMILY:`Bernie is a large pup with a large heart. He is sweet tempered, loves to snuggle, and is tolerant of other pets. He loves to go outside and is easy on the leash. He takes direction well and should be easy to command or train. In exchange for a fenced yard and large bed, he will give you love and loyalty with all his heart!`
