Hello all! This handsome and talkative guy is Bert. Bert was found with his friend, Archie, roaming the streets with no place to call home. Bert & Archie were found as strays and therefore, we do not know much about either of them. What we do know, is that they LOVE to use those hound dog voices! They never miss a chance to let people know that they're in the building and that they want to go on a nice walk. Bert and Archie seem to be good at making dog friends, but as always, we recommend slow and monitored introductions between either of them & any new people or animals in the home. We do not know how they are with cats. Hound breeds tend to have a `prey-drive` when it comes to cats and small animals, so it is imperative to always keep that in mind when looking to adopt these intelligent, personality-filled dogs.
