My name is Lola and I came to the shelter when my previous owners could no longer care for me. I was shy on intake, but did well with all the vet care I needed to recieve. My previous owners report that I love car rides, I am good with children and I also seem to get along well with other dogs, but as always it is recommended that I have slow and monitored introductions between any people or pets already in the home over a period of time. I would also benefit from a home without any small animals or livestock as I do not do well with them, so please keep this in mind when considering me for adoption. Come meet me today! I am currently available in my foster home. This is what my current foster has said about me: While she has been with me she has gotten along well with my other dogs, one is a pit the other is a chiweenie, and loves my grandchildren. Lola loves playing with my children and grandchildren. She also loves playing with my chiweenie. My pit has hip issues so she doesn't play much. Lola is a little sketchy when it comes to cats but we're working on that and it's going well. Lola is house trained. Lola hasn't shown any aggression toward any person or animal while in my care. Lola is a very sweet dog and deserves a loving home where she can run and play. I know she loves car rides and was told she loves to snuggle with you in bed. I was also told Lola is 7 years old.
