Hi there, my name is Tigger! Although I am on the older side, I'm still young at heart and have so much love to give! I especially love treats and learning new things- I already know `sit` and `shake`! I have done very well around dogs of all sizes in a foster home but we always recommend slow and monitored introductions with new animals and people. You may have also noticed that I have several lumps over my body, but they do not seem to bother me at all. They were examined and one lump was aspirated, and they appear to be lipomas or benign fatty masses (which can be common in many dogs). However, I should still see a full-service veterinarian after I am adopted to check on them and establish a relationship that monitors my overall health. I am a wonderful, friendly dog and I will make you feel so lucky to have me!INSIGHTS FROM MY ADVENTURE BUDDIES:`Tigger is a professional cuddler! He loves to be wherever you are, to snuggle under blankets, and to give kisses. He is good on the leash, greeting everyone we saw with a friendly wagging tail. He pulled one time on our walks, but didnât bark, when we saw a neighborhood cat that ran across the road. I think Tigger would make a great first time rescue pup for someone who has been thinking about rescuing but is unsure. He acclimated quickly to his new environment, and we saw plenty of personality from him on day one. He also comes when called and listens to 'sit' and 'shake' commands. An overall really intelligent, sweet, and playful guy. We had a great time!`I am currently available in my foster home.
