Please contact my foster at: [email protected] look alike Cookie Ookie is eager to meet her new best friend! Cookie is full of life & joy and creates bonds with people very quickly. This sweet, goofy and playful girl is looking for an active home who will allow her to live her fullest life by their side. She loves adventures & seeing new places and is very curious about new surroundings. Cookie is crate-trained and sleeps through the night with no issue. She goes in with ease and doesn’t make a fuss trying to get out. While she primarily wants to be by your side, she enjoys laying in there on her own and doesn’t make a peep if you are moving around her. She has made drastic improvements in house training and does wonderful when kept on a semi-consistent schedule, especially after she eats. She holds it when in the crate and can be left in there for those who work in the office. Cookie is dog-friendly, but would also be a happy girl as your main focus. She has been kid-tested with a 3yo dog-comfortable family member and did wonderful. They shared ice chips, snacks, watched the ducks and dug in the dirt together. She has also done well with all ages when interacting with them in public. Younger, dog-savvy kids or over 10-12 are recommended for excitement/jumps/typical puppy behavior.Cookie knows her name, pays attention and has mastered sit. She is very treat/food-motivated and has made huge improvements on commands such as stay, come, back up, heel and spin. She does well on walks & checks in - she may pull at the leash when walking in busy areas but does very well with little to no distractions and we are continuing to work on her leash manners. She loves attention, cuddles, and playtime, and has the cutest spins/dances when excited. She loves toys & ball is ultimately life - lacrosse balls are encouraged as they are durable & she loves the extra bounce. She’s got serious hops and would give Airbud a run for his money! She LOVES car rides and rides very well when contained with a harness clip. She’ll take a good nap or stare out the window.
