Female Dog,

Unknown Breed (Medium Coat)

Description:

This cutie is Margarita, she is a 4-year-old, 37 pound, who is looking for a forever home so that she can become a family member and stop having babies. Margarita had her last litter on March 6th and her go home is April 17th. We are not sure what Margarita breed(s) are and thanks to donations we were able to send off her DNA, so we all know! Margarita has been a wonderful mom so far, her personality is great, and as her babies get older, she is spending more time with the other dogs in the home. She can be a little shy and timid so she will need a family that is willing to work with her, show her love and not give up on her. As Margarita is still taking care of her children, we are not able to tell you if she is crate or house trained and has not been tested yet with children or cats. Margarita’s go home date is April 17 and her puppies, all 10 of them, can go home May 1st. If you are interested in adopting Margarita , please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age. **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
