Female Dog, Boxer
Boxer / Beagle / Mixed (Medium Coat)
Description:
Roxy is a nine month old Boxer/Beagle (and a few other breeds) mix who weighs about 25 pounds. Her foster family says that she is super sweet with loads of puppy energy and is VERY playful. Roxy loves meeting people and other dogs. She can be shy when first meeting new people. Roxy loves kids and can be a enthusiastic when meeting them and needs some time to settle down. She does well in her crate. She is doing well with house training, but does have some accidents during excited puppy moments. She is not a big barker, but will announce visitors at the door. If you are interested in adopting Roxy, please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age. **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
