Though he was recently returned to the rescue through no fault of his own, he's adjusting to his new situation with patience and hope for a forever family. He thrives in a foster home with other dogs, showing his friendly and social nature. Whitman is already crate and house trained, making him an easy addition to any home. At his full size, he weighs 55 pounds and is fully vaccinated, ready to start his new life with a loving family. If you're looking for a loyal companion who just needs a little time to adjust, Whitman could be the perfect match for you! The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age. **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
