He was surrendered to us by his owner who was moving to an apt that didn't take dogs. He also explained that he did not believe it was fair to Axel to be in an apartment. He has been great but our current dog is very dominant and hasn't accepted him. As a result, we would love to find him a forever home or get him with a rescue that can help facilitate that!
