Double Merle I can be adopted but I cannot go to my new home until April 17th , when I get my 2nd distemper vaccine. I will be at the "Springing to 2nd Chances" adoption event March 30th, 12pm-5pm for meet and greets. Event is at 1335 Western Blvd., Jacksonville NC My adoption fee is $400 which includes my 1st 2 distemper vaccines (adopter covers 3rd & 4th), rabies vaccine at 16 weeks of age at Shoreline Vet Hospital and spayed/neutered and microchipped at approximately 5-8 months old, if not already done. The puppies in this litter are considered double merles. This means due to their genetics, these puppies may become or are already showing signs of blindness, deafness, heart murmurs, and/or hernias. While we do not know the outcome of these genetics, we do know that these babies deserve every chance to find their furever home. Special consideration should be taken when applying for these puppies. Also, our veterinarian believes that these puppies have pit bull as one of their breeds and will not be considered for anyone living on base.
