He is DASH's prison training program where he is learning basic commands. It can take Oliver a little while to warm up, but once he does he is so loving and affectionate. We are confident that with the right person and our training program, he will gain confidence and a trust for people. His handler says that he loves to run and play with other dogs and would do great with a yard. He has not been tested with cats or kids.
