BETTY BOOP is a playful, energetic pup looking for a home. She's a 9ish month old cutie pie, fully grown at 24 pounds. Our best guess on breed is Pointer/Beagle. Betty Boop is a playful, people-oriented dog. She loves her toys, loves to play fetch. She's always up for a romp in the yard with other dogs. She has a trim, leggy body and the sweetest little face. Betty Boop is an active lifestyle-type dog who needs daily exercise, whether it's running and playing in a physically-fenced yard, running or hiking with her person or trips to doggie daycare. Betty Boop is a whip smart girl who learns quickly and would probably excel at agility training. If you'd like to meet Betty Boop, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Betty Boop at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.
