She has made every volunteer laugh who has had the opportunity to play with her. This beautiful, compact dog exemplifies resilience. You would never know that she has spent 8 months in the shelter because she is such a happy and spirited dog. Resilient, positive Charlotte has wiggled her way into my heartShe smiles all the time. Even though she has been a resident at the shelter for a very long time she doesn’t let it get her down. She is so thankful for play time or a walk.
