Breed: Lab/Shepherd Mix Estimated DOB: 10/15/2023 Sex: Male - neutered Weight: 55 lbs Currently up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinationsThings to Know About Yeti: Rescued from Mississippi with his 5 siblings. His mom was a white Lab, and his dad a Shepherd. Initially shy, Yeti took a few days to feel comfortable going outside on his own. He started by hiding in his crate with his face in the corner but has since come out of his shell—he now runs around with the other dogs and is becoming more curious about humans. Clearly enjoying being a dog now, Yeti is experiencing the carefree puppyhood he never had! Very curious and gradually learning how to relax, enjoy the yard, and play with toys. Loves to hoard his toys in his crate. Will make a wonderful companion for someone willing to help him build confidence. He loves to sleep at his foster mom's feet. Absolutely adores cheese—he pops up and smiles whenever cheese is mentioned! Crate trained—Yeti loves his crate, which serves as his safe spot. Housebroken on a schedule. Dog friendly—loves running and playing with other dogs, especially his sister Minnie, who encourages him to join in the fun. He’s at his happiest (and silliest!) when running with his foster siblings. Has not been assessed with cats yet.
