Female Dog,
Unknown Breed (Long Coat)
Description:
Princess is SUCH a friendly and loving pup that it's hard to believe that she could ever misbehave. We're talking about constant snuggles and tail wags, full adoration for every human she meets, and out-of-this-world sweetness and affection—just watch her go here! However, after losing her home of three years and undergoing several transitions, Princess is feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Princess' anxiety forms like a voltron into some less-than-ideal behaviors, including humping, seeking constant attention (like, stage five clinger status), and intensely nipping at ankles, arms, legs, and clothing. All of her former fosters have stressed that she does not mean harm in these moments, but they're a LOT to manage daily. Princess is looking for a forever home who will have a lot of a patience while working through a decompression period, and who will be able to provide consistent outlets for her energy, including exercise, enrichment, and training. This lovable energizer bunny has a lot going for her. She's a social butterfly who has lived well with cats, gets along with other dogs, and is always up for an adventure. In return, she asks for a dog-experienced built in best friend who's up for management and training, an active lifestyle filled with hiking and puzzle toys, and the understand that she's not going to be her most well-behaved self on day one. If you're looking, smart, and loving companion to share your life with and to keep you on your toes, Princess is ready to meet you!
