Meet Edgar, a 1-year-old mix of Border Collie and Australian Kelpie tipping the scales at 23 pounds. He wears a medium coat of black and tan which he loves having stroked. And his eyes are quite unique; one is brown while the other (the left) is half brown and half blue! Beautiful eyes with excellent vision in both! His sweet, friendly nature is only outshone by his playful, goofy spirit that lights up any room! But don't let his playful side fool you. Edgar is equally content curled up for a quiet evening at home. He's a wonderful blend of fun and affection, always ready to make you smile or lend a comforting paw. (ME, 12/13/24)**It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption fee: $395 covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip, and an Alabama State Health Certificate. Transport, if needed, is $160. We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. Adoption fees for Hope dogs and those who have been at rescue for prolonged amounts of time are reduced to $150 plus a $100 transport fee, as notated in their listings.
