Male Dog, American Staffordshire Terrier

American Staffordshire Terrier / Black Labrador Retriever / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

The dogs Arcadia Animal Rescue saves are mainly located in southern states, such as NC, SC, TN and TX. We can transport to most states, through partner networks. Virtual meet n greets can be arranged for all non-local adopters.Meet Jordan! This wiggly, handsome playful pup is approx 3 yrs old, weighs in at a healthy 48 lbs and appears to be a Terrier/Aussie mix! Jordan is gentle, friendly, and just really well-mannered! He loves to snuggle and give affection. He is so gentle taking treats from your hand and will shower you with kisses for giving him treats! He really is just a puppy at heart. Loves to go on walks, knows sit and lay down but probably knows much more than he is letting on, as he is a very smart cookie. He just loves to play with other dogs. Jordan is an active guy! Loves to run, JUMP, and play ...... and run, JUMP and play ..... back to jumping part! This pup can jump a 5ft fence without any problem ....... so a minimum 6ft solid, unscalable secured fence is required!! He loves sniffing, exploring, checking things out, which is not surprising given his breed mix. Strong working breeds make up his DNA, he will need plenty of active and mental exercise. Someone with experience is working breeds will be ideal for this guy, as he needs a job to do, all the time! Eager to share time with you, indoors and outdoors! Loves to chase chickens ? Thia gorgeous pup has a super friendly personality and has a whole lot of love to give to one happy family. If you could open your heart and home for Jordan, contact Julie on 919 624 0059 ASAP. CBTo apply to adopt, click on https://www.arcadiarescue.org/application. If the pet you applied for is no longer available, www.arcadiarescue.org/adopt to see all of our available pets. Note: Some pups are in boarding facilities in order to save their lives. This is far from ideal, they really need to be in loving homes. Due to record number owner surrenders this year, we have zero foster homes available. Fostering helps save another pup from euthanasia in an overcrowded kill shelter needing to free up a kennel. If you can foster, go to https://www.arcadiarescue.org/foster and fill out a foster application. Thank you!
