Topher is also a goofball and will keep you smiling every day.Topher has a congenital condition affecting his spine; while the spine is supposed to be in a straight line, his is wedge shaped. Topher will need a dedicated adopter who can help him manage his condition with routine vet care and lots of love. Because he needs to avoid high-impact activity to protect his spine, Topher would thrive with someone who can provide plenty of mental stimulation and enrichment activities to keep him calm and content.
