Hank- CP a Jack Russell Terrier puppy was found on a front porch of a friends house on Feb 28. No collar and no chip. She posted him on several local websites with no results. She took him to a shelter which is a kill shelter on March 2. I adopted him on March 3 and brought him home. I currently have 2 dogs and 3 cats, so my house is fairly full and i would love to find him a loving home that understands the breed.He is 5-6 months old, some shots, and scheduled to be neutered this week.He is very smart, cuddly, and active!He is doing well on his potty training within only a few days. Hank walks great on a leash. Anyone that wants a jack russell puppy would be lucky to have him. We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters.The application is the first step. We do not have any paid staff members. Our adoption fee is $300 which includes spay/neuter, DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, HW check, and microchip. Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee. Russell Rescue will try to first place our rescue dogs locally or in surrounding states.Russell Rescue is not open to the public for visiting hours. We do not have a physical location of our own.
