To adopt please fill out an adoption Application Lilly is a 2yo female retriever mix who was rescued just in time from the Memphis Kill Shelter. Sweet, gentle, loving. A little skittish at first with strangers but warms up quickly (be sure to watch her video!). Lilly loves and trusts her foster mom. She’s gentle and friendly with the older neighborhood children. Fine with other dogs and living comfortably with 2 other dogs in her foster home. Not recommended for cats because she likes to chase them. Very active outside, calm and well-mannered in the house. Housebroken and crate-trained. Healthy and fully vetted, current on shots, spayed, weighs about 55 pounds. Because Lilly has some trust issues, her ideal adopter will be home a lot and have the time, patience and commitment to continue Lilly’s socialization so she can be the best dog she can be.
