She’s a true charmer, winning over every human and dog she meets with her joyful energy and endless affection. Penny’s tail has a mind of its own, wagging like crazy the moment someone even glances her way. She’s made great strides with leash walking and now enjoys regular outings, though she’ll occasionally plant her paws when she’s feeling uncertain.
