Description:
Meet Topper! We know she is a mixed breed, and Dog Scanner says a Portuguese Podengo/Carolina Dog mix. Topper was surrendered, due to owner going into the Navy. Topper is very active and wants lots of attention. She likes to be around people. She loves to play with toys. Topper's coat coloring is brown, and just look at those pointed ears. This is a friendly girl who likes babies, toddlers, children of all ages, and adults: she doesn't know what stranger means. Topper is also good with other dogs.
