Meet Bruce! aka Bruce the Goose or B. He's a sweet and affectionate boy, with a fun and goofy personality! He was an owner surrender. Prior to coming to the shelter, he was entirely indoors, including for toileting. Therefore, he is potty-trained, but he has some work to do on his leash skills. He's still getting used to the idea of leashes, but with some dedicated time, we are fully confident Bruce has the smarts and dedication to become a great walker. He has been in foster for the better part of a year, and during the strong majority of his time in foster he has been living with other dogs - ranging from small to medium. We think he would get along well with larger dogs. Here's what we know:⢠House trained - He's never had an accident with his fosters.⢠Crate trained⢠LOVES TO PLAY - Bruce is social and loves being with other dogs.⢠Smart! - Has picked up tricks quickly while in foster⢠Treat motivated⢠Delicate treat/food taker⢠Doesn't eat or chew anything he's not supposed to!⢠Loves other dogs! - In his current foster, he has an older foster sister who is in charge and can be rather grumpy. Bruce is extremely gentle with and tolerant of her⢠LOVES water!⢠LOVES outside! - We recommend that Bruce goes to a family that either has a yard or has access to a dog park! Bruce really loves to be outside, and we've found that apartment setups are not very conducive to this big boy.⢠LOVES to cuddle! - Cuddling is his favorite activity - if you want a heated weighted blanket, B is your guy!Check out Bruce's account on Instagram @adopt_bruce_the_goose
