Welcome Julie to CCPAL Rescue. She is an 8-week-old puppy that is now getting weaned and will be ready for her forever home. She is a Great Pyrenees puppy. She is a big puppy and should weigh 65 pounds full grown. She is one of the middle sized females but all the girls are smaller than the boys. She does not have the extra back toes that is typical for the Great Pyrenees. She is fluffier than some of the other puppies. She has a beautiful white coat and the volunteers here at the rescue have her bathed and brushed for her photo shoot. She weighs about 14 pounds already. She gets along well with her siblings. She is one of 9 puppies. She has a wonderful mother and this entire litter is sweet and gentle. She would be great for someone wanting to raise a large breed dog. She is a guardian breed and will be great with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She will need a fence over underground fencing. This is typical of this breed. She is good in a crate and good in a car. She is decent at baths and has already had a toenail clipping. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. She is healthy, vaccinated and will be spayed soon and ready for her forever home.
