Female Dog, Australian Shepherd
Australian Shepherd / Labrador Retriever / Mixed (Medium Coat)
Description:
Welcome Mia to CCPAL Rescue. Mia is an 8-month-old Australian Shepherd/lab mix. She weighs about 40 pounds. She was found as a stray. She should be 50 pounds full grown as the biggest is our best estimate. She is friendly with other dogs off-leash. She has a beautiful medium length coat and stunning ice-blue eyes. She was found as a stray and is now in foster care here in Texas. Mia has a beautiful black and white coat. She has a nice soft coat and moderate shedding. She is good with all people and is very loving. She loves to play in the water and playing with sticks. She is a typical puppy. They are good at walking next to you in the yard. Mia would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She isn’t food assertive when eating and is not over the top wiggly. She is playful and outgoing. She is currently spayed, vaccinated, and ready for her forever home. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 400 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states.
