Meet Jack! Jack is a 9 year old border collie mix. Jack came to POLAR as a surrender. After spending some time roaming acreage, Jack was dropped off at the vet in rough shape. This, however, has not negatively affected him, as he has one of the biggest hearts. Jack develops a quick bond and loves being close to his person. He loved having his long coat brushed while watching TV. He is house, crate, and leash trained, does very well around other dogs and even cats, and can follow simple commands. Unfortunately, Jack does not display any interest in playing with balls or chewing on bones as his teeth have been worn down. Again, this lovable pup does not let adversity stand in the way and is still able to enjoy treats and hard kibble. Jack is truly one of a kind and would do well in pretty much any home with a yard to explore. To meet Jack, please fill out an application!
