From our volunteer observations, Mateo seems to be a calm and sociable boy who enjoys greeting people with a gentle sniff and welcomes pets. In playgroup, he's been observed as a Dainty & Gentle type, often easing into play with other dogs after some friendly socializing. While he's still learning proper playtime manners, Mateo usually responds well to redirection.
