Dakota is a gorgeous black-mouth cur/boxer mix, around 5 years old, 35 lbs and was owner surrendered in August 2024 due to family issues and no fault of Dakota’s. Sadly, she had no place to go except the shelter, so Bridget’s Pet Resort stepped up to foster her. However, after three months in boarding, Dakota is not thriving. She is a big people dog and enjoys cuddles. She urgently needs a home with someone to love her and provide her with a loving home. Dakota is very well behaved and at five years old, she is in the prime of her life. She is past the puppy stage and perfect for someone who does not want to go through training. Dakota wants to please people and is totally potty and kennel trained. She knows all basic commands and will make a fantastic loving pet for anyone lucky enough to get her.
