Female Dog, Pomeranian
Pomeranian (Medium Coat)
Description:
~~Although we do our very best to make sure your new pup is in tiptop health before adoption, things could drastically change a month later. Since we don’t have a long health history of your adopted dog, we can only treat the pet for whatever symptoms present during the initial exam and follow up exams.~ Health: ***** No obvious health issues found during vet exam ***** Temperament: Rosie is a delightful and affectionate companion who would thrive in a single-dog household. While she has picked up many good habits from being around other dogs, she can sometimes be a bit competitive for attention and food. Rosie is still working on her potty training, but she is making great progress. Whenever you ask her to go outside, she will always oblige and make sure to pee, even if it's just a little bit. She is eager to please and will communicate her needs, such as needing to poop, by hesitating to come back inside. At night, Rosie knows to use a pee pad that is placed down for her. Rosie is currently on a slight diet. She is a strong little dog who enjoys jumping on and off furniture, despite sliding on wood floors. She adores being groomed and will happily sit for a treat, responding to both the word "sit" and hand gestures. Rosie can be quite vocal when it's mealtime, but redirecting her attention to another activity can help calm her down. She walks well on a leash and is comfortable sleeping in her crate or on the cooler floor. Rosie craves attention, loves to be spoken to, and cherishes being in the company of her human family. -- Where did she come from: Transferred to our rescue from another.
