My name is Penny and I am a gorgeous tri-colored Chihuahua. I must be adopted with my friend Mia because we are a bonded pair. We were rescued from a bad situation where we were not treated well and not fed on a regular basis. I like to talk to everyone I see, give kisses and get treats from my caregivers.
