Introducing Frank (fka St. Francis)! Frank was found in deplorable situations after his owners moved and left him and his sister Claire outside without food and water! Luckily, Harris County stepped in and rescued these two from the cruelty situation. To say Frank was emaciated is an understatement. He should probably be ~60 lbs and was brought in at less than 35lbs. He gained about 15lbs at Harris County, and is feeling better each day! He is such a happy guy and loves other dogs. He doesn’t need to be adopted with Claire, but would probably thrive in a home with another dog. He’s estimated around 4 years old, so beyond the puppy stage but still with plenty of energy to accompany you on walks and trips to the park! We can’t wait to continue watching this guy with the cutest floppy ear continue to thrive and find his forever home! Not ready to adopt? Frank would also LOVE a foster!
