Hello there, I'm Marcel, the smartest, funniest dog you'll ever meet. My previous owner had a stroke, and in all the confusion, I ended up at the shelter. Now, don't get me wrong, it's not a bad place, but it's no five-star hotel either. Once, I tried to make a break for it, using my superior intellect to pick the lock with a chewed up bone. It was going perfectly until I realized I was 'escaping' into the vet's office! Talk about a plot twist! I ended up with a lampshade on my head and some missing family jewels. Despite my hilarious mishaps, I'm a real sweetheart who loves to play and explore. When I first meet you I can be a little cautious, but once I know you I'm energetic and friendly, and I promise to keep you laughing. He was born around 01/11/2023 and weighs 22.5 pounds. His adoption fee is $300. This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
