Hello. My name is Colt. I am a 4-month-old Catahoula mix male who weighs around 29 Lbs. I was originally found abandoned in a storm drain off of Cornelius in Rockwall. Unfortunately, my finder was unable to keep me and decided to surrender to the shelter in hopes that I will be able to find a fur-ever home! I am a sweet boy who is at an age where I can easily learn and acclimate to any family. I love to run and play and am a very social guy with people and other dogs. Since I am so young, basic training, socialization and house training are a must! That way I will grow up to be the perfect family companion. My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, 1st round of puppy boosters and 1st dewormer. All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
