Hi! I'm Obi! I am a 2 year old male Newfoundland/Lab mix that weighs approx. 66 lbs. I was surrendered due to my previous family no longer being able to care for me. I am good with other dogs but a meet and greet is suggested prior to adoption if you have another dog in the home. I love the company of a furry friend! I'm a bouncy boy and am currently working on learning fetch. I walk pretty well on a leash and am willing to learn basic commands. I would do best in an adult only home or one with children who are older than 16 years old. I have been searching for my furr ever home for over 90 days and am now considered a Diamond Dog! My adoption fee is $75. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and am heartworm negative. Since I am in foster, meet and greets will be by approved application only. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
