My name is Missy. I am 21 lbs and a tan and white Dachshund mix looking for my forever family. I can go in a crate quietly and I potty outside (I have had no accidents inside…yet) I am about 6 years old and I am very sweet and love to be near my humans, especially if I get to put my head on your lap. I also love to sleep next to you in bed, but can also sleep in my own bed. I enjoy saying hi to all big people by putting my paws on your leg to get a hello. I am warming up to being picked up or held. I enjoy saying hi to other small dogs and am cautious around bigger dogs. I enjoy lounging on the sofa or bed, especially if next to you, but I also can nap on my own. I enjoy exploring new places when in the backyard or dog park. I can be a bit timid at times, but I warm up nicely. Hope you enjoy my pics!!! Love dachshunds and not ready to adopt or circumstances won't permit having a dog?
