This sweet boy is Neyo, and he's not sure at all what's going on. Heimmediately went into foster care after he initially arrived, He did wellin a home, where he learned to relax and was understanding how to trust andjust be a dog.What we know is here at the shelter, he is nervous and scared, but verysweet. He will leave his kennel, let you pet him, and he does his best tobe compliant.Ultimately, he doesn't really know what's going on. He's a bit overwhelmed,and he'd do so much better if he could find another foster or better yet aforever home so he can show you his true personality. Head over and givesweet Neyo a break!
