Meet Ro! A sweet dog looking for a loving home. He’s a bit hesitant around men and small children, but with a little patience, he’ll warm up. Ro is fine with older kids and enjoys playing in the yard with his foster’s 5-year-old, though he can get a little skittish when approached quickly. He is warming up to his foster dad, he’ll lay nearby as long as he’s left to approach on his own terms and he is never aggressive. Ro is a calm, sweet dog who doesn’t bite but will bark if he's unsure. He'd do great in a home with smaller dogs or dogs around his size, but he does tend to provoke the bigger dogs. Ro just needs a patient, understanding family who will let him get comfortable on his own time. But with a little patience Ro will be the best and most loyal companion! Ro is about 1 year-old and 36 pounds. Updated February 2025
