Well hello! My name is Indu which is Hindi for moon. I am a 4 year old Dutch shepherd mix who is about 65 lbs. I am a sweet, shy girl who absolutely loves other dogs of all sizes and I mostly ignore cats. I need a family that is willing to be patient with me while I learn to trust people. In the time I’ve been with my foster family I’ve gone from spending most of my time outside or in the other room to sleeping on the bed, asking for pets, getting excited when the humans come home, and hanging out where everyone else is. It might take me a bit to be a confident dog who doesn’t shy away from new people, but I promise I will keep working so hard at it Loud noises and sudden movements kind of still scare me though so I would be best with kids 12 and over. I am house trained and have never had an accident. I know my name and come when I’m called. I’m not a barker and can be trusted to be left out while you’re away.
