HEARING IMPAIRED IN VERMONT Meet Fernando! https://youtu.be/BgavjlzDBII Fernando is 11 years old, male (approx. DOB tbd), 67 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Fernando was found in Laurens, SC at a shelter sitting in a dark kennel, deaf. Can you imagine this dog sitting in a shelter, confused, not being not in a home being adored and loved at 11 years old? And deaf?? Hank assessed well with other dogs at the shelter, may be good with cats (all cat/dog relationships are different), has medium energy, is social (loves affection), and appears to be potty trained.
