Meet Adoptable Nalu (her name means wave in Hawaiian) Nalu is one of the happiest dogs you will ever meet!! She loves her people and the older resident dog she lives with and listens to his subtle cues when he wants space. Nalu is doing well with potty training and leash skills. She will need someone to help teach her what the rules are in her new home so she can continue to be the best girl. She does well with all handling, bath time and nail trimming. Nalu is doing well with crate training and has no issues when her people need to leave for the day. Nalu came to VPBR on 12/22/24 with kennel cough and pneumonia, so her foster family is still getting to know her. Even when she wasn't feeling well, she was still a happy, wiggly girl! We think Nalu is around 2 years old and seems to be a medium energy girl. If you're looking for a sweet cuddly girl, Nalu might be the dog for you!
